We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your product to request a return. 

For a return to be accepted, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it.

Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and resolve it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item. 

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without needing to provide a justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with the tags attached, and in the original packaging. 

Refunds
We will contact you as soon as we receive and inspect your return to let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and credit the refund.
